Re Mortgaging

Re-Mortgaging your property to help raise capital to buy another property or to help your children start off on the property ladder or simply to consolidate all your debts and loans in one place is an increasing common process.

If you need help to start the ball rolling please contact us as we can help put you in touch with more than one mortgage broker/financial advisor who's job it is to find you the package to need either with a building society, bank or some other lending institution.

If you then instruct us to do the legal side of things we will obtain details of your present mortgages, loans etc and once the new mortgage offer is recieved carry out the necessary searches and/or search insurance, prepare the mortgage deed for your signature and report to you on the new mortgage offer. Once you inspect us to proceed we apply for the new mortgage funds and obtain up to date settlement figures for your present mortgage(s) and other loan which your new lender may require repaying. One the completion date we repay your existing mortgagges and forward any balance due to you.
