There is soon to be a new procedure for selling your property and although the procedure has not been finally decided upon this should be a simplified guide as to how the procedure should flow.

Once you decide to sell your property you need to come see us as we will need to produce a Home Sellers Pack.

Buying a property be it a house (freehold) or a flat (Leasehold) is probably the most important financial transaction any of us will undertake.

Once you have found your property you need to instruct a  firm of solicitors, hopefully the “Property Centre” If you buy through an estate agents they will advise both the sellers and buyers solicitors of the basic details of the transaction and then it is up to the sellers solicitors to provide the buyers solicitors with a Contract and the usual initial documentation.

Re-Mortgaging your property to help raise capital to buy another property or to help your children start off on the property ladder or simply to consolidate all your debts and loans in one place is an increasing common process.
